Modern 2 bedroom Apartment Central Chamonix
The Lounge / Dining room is spacious and light with wooden floors and an incredible dual aspect, offering views of the whole valley. There is a large L-shaped sofa providing seating for 4, a glass and wood coffee table, a unit with a flat screen TV and DVD, XBox, Euro Satellite, WIFI access and CD player. There is also an extendable dining table to comfortably seat 6 people. The traditional ceiling beam runs the length of the room and is beautifully accentuated by designer modern spot lighting.
The modern styled kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, 2 ring hob, washing machine and dishwasher.
Bedroom One is a spacious double bedroom affording spectacular south-facing views of L'Aiguille du Midi and the entire Mont Blanc Chaine. Includes a wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinets, and carpeted flooring.
Bedroom Two is a double bedroom with a lovely traditional ceiling beam, wardrobe, with fantastic views down the valley towards Le Tour, Argentière.
Bathroom One is a spacious bathroom which is furnished in a modern, clean style with a bath and shower attachment, wash basin, WC and large mirror.
Bathroom Two offers a large shower, wash basin and WC. The Ski Locker is located at the top of the stairs on the seventh floor and is spacious enough for your skis and boots, or a couple of bikes in the summer.
Please note that while the lift does go up to the sixth floor, there is one short flight of stairs to access the seventh floor.

The apartment is available for weekly rentals. Our standard period of rental is 7 nights from Saturday to Saturday although we will consider other dates and lengths of stay.
Price based on standard capacity of 4 persons occupying this property.
Subject to additional charge of £100 per person for more persons.

We accept Payment in Sterling or Euros, by cheque, bank transfer, and we also accept credit/debit cards (fee of 2.85%).
Your booking is confirmed with payment of 30% first instalment to be completed within 7 days of reservation.
Your final payment of 70% payable no later than 8 weeks PRIOR to arrival.
There will be a cautionary damage deposit to arrange, we will confirm details with you.

Wow we love Chamonix. This was a great apartment with so many home comforts, perfect for our ski holiday. The location was great, just a few minutes walk to bars and restaurants and also to the Brevent ski slopes. We were so lucky we had 2 powder days in January during our stay, Chamonix is such a great resort we will be coming back. Johnathan Lightley from Essex
