Excellently positioned apartment in the very heart of Chamonix town centre.
Train station, bus stop, shops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets are literally on your door step. 10 minute walk through town to nearest lifts, at one end Brévent, Chamonix's main lift station, at the other L'Aiguille du Midi cable station.
This property is ideal for between 2 and 5 persons although it can accommodate up to 7.
It is in a very good standing residential building, with double glazing and metal shutters, so no complaints from noise either inside or out.
Includes underground parking spot if required, ski locker, TV/DVD, dishwasher, mini washing machine and two fabulous balconies that look up to Mont Blanc and Mer de Glace. Great sun traps later on in the season.
