Train station, bus stop, shops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets are literally on your door step. 10 minute walk through town to nearest lifts, at one end Brévent, Chamonix's main lift station, at the other L'Aiguille du Mid cable station.
This property makes an ideal holiday home and can comfortable accommodate 4, but capable of sleeping up to 7 with the current furniture.
It is in a very good standing residential building, with double glazing and metal shutters, so no complaints from noise either inside or out.
