This luxury, sunny, ground floor chalet is in a great location. Recently built and finished to a very high standard it offers the ideal base for exploring the Chamonix valley. The open plan living room looks out onto Mont Blanc with fantastic views of the Aiguille de Midi. The room is warm with wooden panelling, there are 2 sofas, one double sofa bed. A TV and DVD player are provided. A large dining table is next to patio doors leading to a south facing terrace and garden area. There is a luxury family bathroom with separate WC. The busy town centre in Chamonix is only a 10min walk away, also the train stop and the ski bus stop going to the ski areas are a 1min walk away. There is a car parking slot and a ski / boot store in the underground car park and basement.
