We have been providing Property Management and Real Estate in Chamonix Mont Blanc since 2001. ChamServe provides guests and homeowners with holiday rental accommodation, property management services and real estate sales. With an office in the centre of Chamonix, we offer a wide variety of short and long term rental homes, chalets, apartments and studios throughout the Mont Blanc region, particularly in Chamonix, Argentiere and Les Houches.

We have experience in property sales and purchases in the Chamonix Valley and can be there to help you through the process, either in the search for a property or finding interested parties to buy your property.Repairs, maintenance and general upkeep
We are readily available year-round to ensure your property is in kept in working order. We have a maintenance technician to carry out everyday repairs and maintenance. We also have contacts with professional tradesmen for any issues we cannot deal with ourselves.Renovation and New Build
We have experienced project managers for building and renovation works. Whether you wish to renovate just one room in your house or complete a new build, we can manage the works using reputable local building companies and registered tradesmen.Cleaning and Laundry Services
We have a team that can provide cleaning services between stays, ensuring that your property is kept clean and serviceable as well as inspecting for damage, reporting and replacing items as necessary. In addition, ChamServe can provide a clean linen service for bed linen and towels. Our cleaning team can also perform yearly deep cleans during the inter-season, ensuring that carpets, curtains, walls are all kept clean.Gardening and Estate Services
We offer a service to maintain and upkeep the outside of your property including grass-cutting, hedge and tree cutting, planting, cleaning of pools and hut tubs, jet washing decks and patios and treating fences. ChamServe are also able to offer the service of managing more large-scale projects such as landscaping, building sun decks and the installation of hot tubs, swimming pools and water features.Meet and Greet / Key Holding Services
ChamServe property management services can keep keys to your property, in order for service/work men to enter your property and provide a meet and greet / welcome service for your guests. In addition, we can supply a wide range of other welcome services including welcome hampers, lifts passes and transfers for yourselves or your guests.Advertising, Marketing and Rental of your Property
Through our Website and our office based sales team, your property can be advertised and rented under the ChamServe name across many holiday rental websites and through various other forms of media. We have a sales team available seven days a week to take and manage bookings.Installation and Setup Up Services
ChamServe can both purchase and install household fittings and furnishings, providing construction and fitting where necessary. In addition, we offer the installation of satellite/sky television, telephone lines and wifi internet to most properties.
